Warner Todd Huston has a piece over at The Lid suggesting that Michelle O is angling for the Democratic nomination. I couldn’t agree with him more. Why not make history a second time with the same family, i.e. first woman president to go along with fthe first black president. In his piece, Warner points out the fact the DNC national nominating convention is in Chicago, it makes it a perfect backdrop of the O’s to ride in to make history and save the nation from Trump.
If she does run, I would expect her to win. Why? Well, most all women will vote for her which will give her a majority right there. Add to that, their men and you have a lot of people, and perhaps too big of a majority to overcome.
This is probably the one thing Dan Bongino and I disagree about. He believes she is a much too private person to run. I don’t know. I think she can be bought (e.g. her “no show” job at the hospital in Chicago as Rush used to say), so a nice fat donation to their foundation should do the trick. That money makes its way into the Obama family fortune after her term.
